If this thing existed in Game of Thrones, no one would care about the Iron Throne...they would be going to war over this baby.

Unfortunately, I do not own this luxury beast but I've had the pleasure of using it at a casino. Holy s**t you guys, this is a game changer. Imagine you walk into the bath room and you see this toilet with the lid closed. What does it do? It senses you and opens up automatically, welcoming you. It startles you, but you are pleasantly surprised and you start to sit down to do your business. Oho! What is this?? The seat is warm! Not like, really hot to where it is uncomfortable, but a nice warm sensation that relaxes you. The seat is not too wide or too narrow, just nice. It is absolutely heavenly, and things have only just begun.

Now, depending on whether you are doing big business or small business, this thing has the tools to make you feel like a million bucks. There are different cleaning modes (yes, it even cleans you!) to make sure everything goes smoothly. You can control the different modes, the different pressure and the different temperature (mm, yes). I don't think it replaces toilet paper but it serves to enhance the job of the toilet paper. What a time to be alive!

I gave this 1 stars instead of 5 because I'm mad I have to go back to using regular toilets like a common peasant. I can't shell out $3500 for a toilet right now.

this is the best toilet I ever used

The 3828 is our second Euroto smart toilet. The first was a 3628 with which we were delighted but the 3828 has really advanced the technology a long way. There are copycats out there but in my opinion no other manufacturer comes close in functionality and style. I'm about to order another 3828 and 2 more when our budget can tolerate the expenditure. Yes, they're not cheap but it's money well spent in my opinion. What does owning a toilet like this provide? In my experience, comfort and cleanliness features that you didn't realize you'd need but very soon find you are unwilling to live without.
As one approaches, the lid rises. The toilet height is the next feature you'll notice. It's comfortable and there are no more pins and needles when standing after sitting for some time. The warmed, well shaped seat has temperature adjustment from slightly warm to toasty in cold bathrooms for middle-of-the-night visits. The automatic lid open and close functions, with both infra-red and radio frequency sensors, make gender-related discussions about seat position a thing of the past!
Personal wash and dry functions are also adjustable and selections can be retained in memory for 2 users. Front and back washing functions are adjustable as to position and water pressure, and even offer pulsating and oscillation modes. Dryer temperature is adjustable as well and both washer and dryer self clean as they retract after use. One of the best features in my opinion is the deodorizer. A sensor under the seat begins the exhaust fan as soon as someone sits. Air is passed through filters to remove odors. No need ever to switch the bathroom exhaust fan on when using your Euroto!
Euroto has thought of almost everything. The one improvement the designers could make is to add a white noise or rain shower noise generator that could be activated if desired.

Needs professional installation and an electrician

Great toilet with a hefty price. If you need a toilet due to bowel issues or just like a clean butt this checks all the boxes! Great for the wife or the husband as well. Even with the price the next higher model is thousands more and I think it is just for looks. Great buy if you can afford it.

    five stars

We love our toilet. It has done everything I expected. The shipping was perfect and on time. Installation was easy but I did use a plumber. The euroto simple lines and contemporary shape go well with my new bathroom. We shopped many toilets and finally decided on this one. This was my final choice and we are pleased.

It’s a water park for your butt! :)

I’m going to start this by saying, BUY THIS! Yeah, it’s expensive, but you’re worth it! Most women want a Louis Vuitton purse, I wanted a Euroto Toilet, and trust me, its a great investment. Infact, when I move, I’m going to take this toilet with me to my next house. Not only is this a great looking toilet, but it gets you cleaner than you’ve ever felt before. I’m a clean freak. OK, TMI here, but whenever I “go,” I take a shower. Sometimes that means at 3 in the morning. And if my stomach isn’t feeling well and I have to, you know, “go” a lot...I’m taking 8 to 10 showers a day. This is the solution. I was a little worried, wondering how the heck a squirt of water can get you clean back there. Trust me, it does. So here is everything you need to know about the Neorest 700H but were afraid to ask. First, know that you will most likely need to hire an electrician AND a plumber. The electrician will need to put in a dedicated outlet. Because it uses so much power, you can’t run the wire off another outlet, you need to have it run from the breaker box. In my case, the electrician ran the wire from my basement breaker box, along the ceiling to the opposite wall, then outside, up the side of my house, and into the second floor master bathroom. Yeah, it was a pain and expensive— but worth it in the end. (Get it? “In the end”...I know, that was bad!) . Back to the toilet— It looks great and has the “cool” factor. One thing to note.. the toilet seat height is a little higher than most standard toilets. If you’re short like me, you wish it wasn’t so high because when you sit, you’re kind of on your tip toes. But I’m getting used to it, and the rest of the features more than makes up for that one little thing. So let’s go over all the bells and whistles.. It has an electric eye and opens the lid when you’re nearby. Some water runs in the bowl to keep anything from sticking. Then you sit on a preheated seat. AHHHH! Wonderful on cold snowy nights. You have to sit back on the seat, or the remote control won’t sense you and won’t work. Then you do your thing. Next, you choose a front for women or back wash for.. well you know. You can select the temperature of the water, if you want it to pulsate, ossilate, and a hard or soft stream. Before and after, the wand washes itself off.. so you can be assured its squirting clean water on you. Then you push the dryer button on the remote. My dryer has a “new car” smell. I’m hoping that will go away with use. I also do use toilet paper sometimes because it takes a while to dry you off, and sometimes I just don’t feel like sitting there with wind blowing up my nether regions. Finally, you can choose a light flush or a stronger flush, or just get up and let your toilet flush itself automatically. After flushing, it closes the seat by itself. I don’t know about you, but sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and have to “go.” No problem, It has a night light that goes on when you approach it. Its strong enough to see the remote control, but soft enough so it won’t keep you from going back to sleep. I love my toilet. Who would ever think I would say such a thing?!!!

    Worth it

Posted by Dixie Dabney on Apr 11th 2019

It's expensive, but for some people it will be worth the price. It's easy to make fun of, but if you're open-minded, it just might make certain necessary activities a good deal more pleasant.

    Pros:

Despite the low water use, it flushes reliably. I hear constant complaints from people who say that their 1.6 gallon toilet is really a 3.2 gallon toilet because they have to flush an average of twice. Even if you don't care about saving water, you probably do care about having to hang around the stool for a bit after each use to see if you do have to flush again. Not with the Euroto--it flushes automatically, and I've never known it to leave anything behind in the bowl, even though it uses a gallon or less.

The "bidet-like functions" are a little weird at first, but after a while they seem more and more necessary. Let's not go into great detail here--this is a family review. But no, nothing you're going to do in the ordinary course of things is going to cause it to spray water all over the bathroom.

Even used as an ordinary toilet, it's unusually comfortable. I find the "comfort" height just right. A heated toilet seat seemed a silly affectation, at first, but now I'm not so sure.

It does a good job of keeping itself clean. I clean toilets once a week, and in the past I've felt a bit guilty about not doing it more often, as the toilets visibly need cleaning sooner than that. This beast keeps itself pretty darned clean, at least to the eye and the nose. You do need to unplug it while cleaning, however.

    Cons:

A lot of people are put off by the very idea. I was originally going to order one for my guest bathroom also, but a friend warned me away from the idea. I'm glad, now, that I don't have to offer a how-to-use briefing to any guest who needs the facilities. More adventurous souls are welcome to use my toilet.

I had to disable the automatic opening and closing of the lid. It might work fine if you have the toilet isolated in it's own little chamber, but if it's in a bathroom with other attractions like a sink and a tub, the over-eager proximity sensor will have the lid flipping up and down while you're doing other things.

    Awesome Machine!

Posted by Vizzini on Apr 11th 2019

If you're never fallen in love with your toilet, you will fall in love with this one. It will treat you with respect and TLC. It is a toilet with a washlet, which is a "bidet," but this is not your grandma's bidet. This is a sophisticated item attending to your hygiene needs with exquisite adjustability. It has fully automatic functions which can be modified, such auto lid open and close, auto flush, toilet and water heating, odor suppressor and many more. Wonderful machine. I've had it for over a month now and it's smooth as can be.

Best purchase EVER.....lol. Seriously, you will secretly love it.

Posted by Unknown on Apr 10th 2019

OK, so I was a little nervous and feeling self indulgent for this purchase. HOWEVER, we now have two in our home and my Brother-in-law bought one as well. These Europeans have been holding out on us!

So I am not technically inclined so we hired a plumber to install. While he had never done one before, he did not feel that it was that complicated. Without going into a bunch of humorous rants, I will just say this "TOILET IS AMAZING" and you will love it from the very first moment your tush sets down.

Disclaimer: I am a regular person leaving a review. I do not work for the company...but I do own a company so when reviews are to good to be true.....it's usually an aunt or sister, just sayin.....

Seriously, this toilet is great. :-)

    Looks beautiful and works good.

The most cost effective smart toilet I''d ever seen. The only thing is that I have to find technician to install by myself since I don't live in California anymore. Anyway, my wife and daughter like it.
